Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
My favorite NCP value is #1: “Do the right thing. Always.” If you don’t do that, then nothing else matters.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I served as CEO of P&R Dental for a time when we acquired the company. After NCP acquired the business, I helped transition the founders, established a strategic plan and vision, and built a management team. Since then, the company has experienced tremendous growth.
What are some words of wisdom you live by?
Charles Swindoll on attitude, and Calvin Coolidge on persistence and determination. Both quotes have been on my mirror/desk since I was 14. They were given to me by my dad and have stuck with me ever since.
