Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
“Be genuine” is my favorite one. All of NCP’s values are important, but I think being real and authentic helps set the foundation of a quality relationship. Relationships are what it’s all about, and they’re really important to building great companies.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I have built several successful companies from scratch and started directly out of college. Startups are tough, but it feels really good when you see the hard work you put in pay off not only for yourself, but for all who made it happen.
What are some words of wisdom you live by?
“Carpe Diem.” I love that because everyday is a gift, and they are limited. Make the most of your days because they are precious. Also, I believe that attitude is almost everything. Great things can be accomplished with the right attitude, and attitude is contagious.
