NCP Spotlight: New Team Members
The New Capital Partners team has been growing with the addition of talented new members this year. Most recently, we welcomed Chase Stiffler (Analyst) and Marshall Lee (Associate) to the team, and earlier this year, Brooks McElveen (Associate) joined NCP.
Brooks has been with NCP since February and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing prospective investments in NCP’s chosen industries. Prior to joining our team, Brooks worked with the Accounting, Economics & Appraisal Group (AEA Group), serving clients in complex financial litigation in the healthcare, insurance financial services, energy and construction industries. He holds an MS in Finance and a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Alabama. Brooks said his favorite thing about working at NCP is the people. “NCP is a team that works hard and builds on each team member’s strengths. It’s a great feeling to be able to work in a place where everyone is helping each other achieve their goals. We work hard, and we also have a great time with each other.”
Chase previously served as an intern at NCP for the past two summers before officially joining the team this year. As an Analyst, Chase primarily works with the transaction team to evaluate new investment opportunities. A recent graduate from the University of Georgia Honors Program, Chase received a BBA in Finance and Real Estate and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining NCP this summer, Marshall worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for private and public companies in the Global Healthcare Group. At NCP, he is primarily responsible for evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities. Marshall holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.
