Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
“Be genuine” is my favorite NCP value. I’ve always valued genuineness in personal relationships, so it makes sense that it would be an important professional quality as well. Being genuine is the easiest way to build trust and create a foundation for strong relationships, which is a crucial part of building great companies.
What do you love most about working at NCP?
It’s definitely the people I get to work with. NCP brings together people with a wide range of different backgrounds and experiences. I feel like this creates an environment where I am consistently being challenged and learning something new each day.
What are some words of wisdom you live by?
I think its important to continue to challenge yourself and find ways to step outside of your comfort zone. I’ve found that some of the decisions or situations that have made me somewhat uncomfortable are the times when I have been able to grow the most, both personally and professionally.
