Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?

My favorite is “Do the right thing.  Always.” In a world where the latest headline is about the last person who did the wrong thing, it’s very important to me to be able to work in an environment where doing the right thing is valued.

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of ?

When I passed the CPA exam early in my career at Price Waterhouse, I felt like I had finally made it!  Being part of a startup company in Seattle, Wash. was a lot of fun, and working there for 13 years validated we had done something really “good.”

What are some words of wisdom you live by ?

I work hard to teach my teen girls to be honest, humble and kind.
