Leah joined NCP in April of 2026. As the Office Manager at NCP, Leah will guide and streamline the day-to-day operations and create an organized, efficient workplace that supports both team productivity and exceptional service. Before joining NCP, Leah worked for seven years as a Client Liaison at a financial advising firm. In this role, she served as a critical partner to financial advisors, helping to align client service delivery with business objectives while being a key point of contact between clients, advisors, and internal teams. Leah’s experience has equipped her to lead with discretion and accountability in fast-paced environments.
Leah has a BS in Biology from the University of Alabama.
Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
“Be geniune.” When your words, actions, and intentions align, others feel more confident relying on you and that credibility compounds over time. Being honest, accountable, and real also encourages the same behavior in others around you. I pride myself on being reliable and dependable in both my personal and professional relationships.
Besides the NCP Values, what are some words of wisdom you live by?
Luke 6:31 (The Golden Rule): “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” I love this verse because it encourages forgiveness, empathy, and service. Treat others with the same respect and kindness you expect in return. It’s not just about belief- it’s about how you show up in every interaction.
