Olivia joined NCP in 2022. As Vice President of Talent, Olivia is responsible for executive-level recruiting and talent strategy for NCP’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining NCP, Olivia was a Director at Vaco, where she partnered with clients across various industries to provide talent solutions. Previously, Olivia worked as a Senior Consultant in the Technology Risk practice at EY.
Olivia earned an MBA, an MS in Management Information Systems, and a BA from the University of Alabama.
Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
“Do the right thing. Always.” is my favorite NCP value because it underscores the fact that in every decision we make, there is an opportunity to do the right thing – not just some of the time. I think consistency leads to excellence and if we are consistently choosing to do the right thing, excellence will ultimately follow.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of building a successful career while also being a mom to twin girls. Every day introduces unique challenges as a working mom and navigating the balance between work and parenting is extremely fulfilling to me.
