Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?

My favorite NCP value is “Be committed and care.” I think that details matter and that success is the culmination of doing a lot of things right.  I think that working hard and getting a great result flows out of caring.  At NCP, we fundamentally care – about finding great companies, about finding great people, about making good decisions – and that flows into everything that we do.  I love working with people that care.

What do you love most about working at NCP?

My favorite thing has always been working with bright, talented people.  I love that my teammates at NCP are smart, hardworking and driven, but also real and relatable.  I have learned and continue to learn a tremendous amount from my NCP teammates.

What are some words of wisdom you live by?

I believe that all people have enormous value.  All the people we come in contact with, whether strangers, friends, family members or neighbors have great worth. In light of this, we should not only treat each other with dignity and respect, but also try to really enjoy each other.
