Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?
My favorite NCP value is “Do the right thing. Always.” As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness.”
What do you love most about working at NCP?
I find it energizing to face unique and unexpected challenges on a daily basis. The processes of evaluating new and working with current investments bring a steady stream of new questions to solve.
What fact about you might people be surprised to learn?
To my knowledge, I was the first to apply the Wildcat formation to flag football.
