Of the five NCP Values, which is your favorite one? Why?

“Work hard and do the hard work” is a theme that has resonated for me in the Marine Corps, Investment Banking, and now Private Equity. I’d love to succeed on talent alone, but that hasn’t been an option in my career.

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

My wife and I were blessed with twin girls in 2018 while we were still living in New York. Moving two six-month-old children without injury through multiple airports to my parents’ home in Tennessee and back to New York that first Thanksgiving is a crowning achievement. More on the personal side, but it exceeds all professional accomplishments thus far.

What fact about you might people be surprised to learn?

Over the course of eighth grade I grew ten inches and gained ten pounds. My freshman basketball coach said I “stretched out like Gumby.”
